'GentleKitchen originated from a vision to share genuine Neapolitan pizza with Via della Scrofa, 33. Launched by the Bianchi lineage in 1985, our pizza shop was once a quaint locale run by the family with recipes passed down for generations.
'Marco Bianchi,' the progenitor of our establishment, mastered the craft of pizza during her Italian sojourns, apprenticing with esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples - the cradle of pizza. Back in the UK, she endeavored to recreate traditional Italian pizza, complete with age-old techniques and choice ingredients.
Our once humble 12-seat eatery has flourished into a cherished neighborhood gem, yet our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains staunch. We adhere to the original wood-fired oven traditions, our dough is prepared fresh each day, and we seek out the best ingredients available.
'GentleKitchen' is still in the hands of the Bianchi family, now with the subsequent generation at the helm, guiding our fervent crew. While modern innovations have been adopted, our core principle endures: to serve delightful, true-to-origin pizza that unites people.
