Returns
You have 30 minutes to request a refund from the time you receive your order. If you receive a food item that is different from the description on gentlekitchen.site or through our provided service, you may be eligible for a refund.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned for hygiene reasons such as food, perishable goods, etc.

Partial Refunds

- If an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
